HomeCustomer Service FAQs

There are several advantages to installing a tubular skylight versus a traditional skylight in your home or office
1. What type of roof can a tubular skylight be installed on?

Natural Light Tubular Skylights can be installed virtually on any roof type and slope. Our residential models are available with either a flat roof or a pitched roof flashing. The unique slope of the pitched roof flashing allows for easy installation on all roof pitches without the need for angle adapters in most cases. Our models accommodate all roofing material including composite shingles, wood shakes, tile and clay tiles. For some tile roof installations, a flashing skirt or turret extension may be needed.

2. Can the tubular skylight be installed in any room?

Natural Light Tubular Skylights are perfect for any dark room in your home including the garage. We also have a full line of commercial units available for office buildings and warehouse applications.
